湖南长沙人、副教授、会计系系副主任、湖南省民革党员。法国里昂大学获得经济学本科和金融学硕士学位(精通法语)，加拿大蒙特利尔 McGill University, HEC Montreal, Concordia University 三校联合培养会计专业博士 (2013-2018)， 澳大利亚 University of Melbourne 经济管理学院会计系访问学者(2015-2017, 2019-2020)。 曾任教于南京大学商学院担任特聘副研究员 (2018.08 -2022.10)并且获得商学院优秀教师奖 (2021)。 为多本全球著名期刊担任匿名评审：Contemporary Accounting Research, Accounting Forum, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting & Economics, Accounting and Finance, Financial Research Letter, 等等。研究成果发表在会计国际顶尖期刊上 (Contemporary Accounting Research) 以及国际知名期刊上 (Journal of Business Ethics, Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory, Journal of Banking and Finance 等)，获得过国内国外学术会议最佳论文奖。同时还特别关注湖南省内的经济发展情况，积极参与地方经济调研并建言献策，其调研报告被政协湖南省委员会办公厅《社情民意》采纳，获得湖南省省长等主要领导同志肯定性批示，为地方经济发展提供了决策参考。
